Christina Skovbølling Haak favner det brede dermatologiske speciale med klinisk erfaring fra både Bispebjerg Universitets Hospital, Gentofte Hospital samt speciallægepraksis. Christina Skovbølling Haak har kliniske og akademiske nichekompetencer indenfor laser-dermatologi, med mange års erfaring i laser operationer, samt behandling af nonmelanom hudcancer. Disse kompetencer blev grundlagt under hendes ph.d.-afhandling, som var produktet at et internationalt samarbejde mellem Harvard Medical School, Boston, USA og Bispebjerg Hospital, København.

Christina Skovbølling Haak er aktivt bestyrelsesmedlem af Dansk Dermatologisk Selskab.
